La paraula la trobam per primera vegada a Nancy, la capital de Lorena, l\u2019any 1605.<sup> <\/sup>Al principi, el farcit es feia nom\u00e9s amb ous i crema de llet o nata fresca. Despr\u00e9s, al s. XIX, s\u2019hi varen afegir les petites tires o cubets de ventresca, fresca o fumada, que caracteritzen la quiche tal com la coneixem avui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Molt probablement, la quiche lorraine \u00e9s l\u2019estrella de la pastisseria salada francesa actual, \u00e9s molt estesa per tot el m\u00f3n. La veritat \u00e9s que \u00e9s un menjar quasi per qualsevol hora del dia, i que tant es pot menjar acabada de fer com hores despr\u00e9s, ja freda...
